Robert George Zelloe

Robert George Zelloe, 94, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2025. A devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, Robert lived a long and meaningful life filled with love, laughter, and service.

Born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, on May 4, 1931, to Elizabeth and Joseph Zelloe, Robert grew up with strong values that would guide him throughout his life. He proudly served his country as a United States Marine during the Korean War, an experience that shaped his character and deepened his appreciation for faith, family, and freedom.

Robert was blessed with 94 years of memories that will forever be cherished by those who knew him. His wisdom, humor, and quiet strength were gifts he shared generously with his loved ones.

He is survived by his beloved soulmate, Vicki Miller; his children: Debra and her husband, Bobby Etheredge, and Diane and her husband, Ronald Dunn; his grandchildren: Scott Etheredge, Bobby Etheredge Jr. and his wife, Danielle Mayhew, Richard Dunn, Jonah Dunn, April Ulery, and Tara Zellers; and his great-grandchildren: Paris Etheredge, Sophia Etheredge, Ethan Dunn, Carter Dunn, Dean Zellers, and Cole Zellers. He is also survived by his sister, Joan Kovalick. Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Denise Zelloe.

Though deeply missed, Robert’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. We take comfort knowing he is now in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
