Robert Lee Bonuales III, 51, of Georgetown, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at MUSC Florence. He was the beloved husband of Vickie Lee Rogers.

Born on July 18, 1975, in Moundsville, West Virginia, Robert was the son of Mary Carroll Fisher and the late Robert Lee Bonuales, Jr.

Robert was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, brother, and friend whose greatest joy in life was the people he loved. A faithful member of Family Worship Center, he found purpose in serving God and others, volunteering at his church whenever he had the opportunity. He found happiness in life’s simple moments; playing disc golf, taking peaceful walks along Front Street, spending time outdoors, and creating lasting memories with his family. Whether sharing laughter with loved ones or quietly appreciating God’s creation, Robert lived with gratitude and compassion. His warm smile, gentle nature, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife, Vickie Lee Rogers, of Georgetown, South Carolina; his mother, Mary Carroll Fisher, of Warren, Ohio; his six beloved children, Robert Lee Bonuales, IV, Austin Bonuales of Triadelphia, West Virginia; Sabastian Bonuales, Trystyn Bonuales, Jalee Rogers, and Chane Rogers; his sister, Tammy Fisher of Ohio; along with many extended family members, dear friends, and all whose lives were touched by his kindness.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Bonuales, Jr.; his grandmother, Luella Bonuales, his grandfather Robert Lee Bonuales Sr.; and his grandmother, Dorothy Peters.

A memorial service celebrating Robert’s life will be held at 7 PM. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Family Worship Center, where family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance, share stories, and honor the remarkable life he lived.

Though his time on earth was far too short, Robert’s faith, love, compassion, and gentle spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His memory will forever be a blessing.
