Born on December 14, 1951, in Winnsboro, LA, she was a daughter of the late Jonathan Merrill Matter and Emma Louise Baxley Matter. Mrs. Lambert served as the office manager at Andrews Medical Center for more than 25 years, where she dedicated herself to her work and the people she served. A talented and crafty woman, Mrs. Lambert enjoyed using her creativity through sewing and took pride in the things she made. She also enjoyed cooking, working on word puzzles, and reading.
