Linda White Cox

Linda White Cox, 64, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on December 28, 1958, in Eufaula, AL, she was a daughter of George White and the late Agnes Jean Holmes Fischer. Ms. Cox enjoyed crafting, spending time with her grandchildren, going to the beach and always making someone laugh. She was a light to every room she walked in and was always there to give a big tight hug. Ms. Cox loved her children, grandchildren, and siblings to the core and would do anything for them. Survivors include her father of Georgetown; two daughters, Tracy Howard (Brian) of Andrews and Stacy Goins (Dwayne) of Myrtle Beach; five grandchildren, Taylor Howard, Tucker Howard, Emilee Brantley, and her mother, Bailey Tice, MaKenzie Goins, and Haleigh Goins; one sister, Cindy Jacobs (Robbie) of Georgetown; one brother, Al White of Georgetown; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Alvin Brantley, Jr. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Friday, March 17, 2023, at Harmony Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM Thursday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
