Donna Marie Dellaventura Shenuski

Donna Marie Dellaventura Shenuski, 71, wife of Joseph Shenuski, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Prince George Health Care Center.

Born on April 6, 1955, in Plainfield, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Dominick Dellaventura and the late Eileen Caufield Dellaventura. Mrs. Shenuski was a licensed positive dog trainer and volunteered at many local animal shelters. Her greatest joy in life was spent working with animals and being an animal advocate. Mrs. Shenuski attended St. Mary Our Lady of Ransom Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph Shenuski of Georgetown; two stepchildren, Michael Shenuski (Kelly) and Michele Manley (Marc); five grandchildren; two sisters, Debbie Strani (Robert) of NJ and Ann Blacker (Lance) PA; one brother, Thomas Dellaventura (Joan) of NJ; and several beloved nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM Friday, June 19, 2026, at St. Mary Our Lady of Ransom Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Marion County Animal Shelter.
