Blair Kate Douglas was born to her loving parents Kara & Trenton Douglas on June 17, 2026. Blair’s time in this earthly world was brief but impactful. She only ever knew love and her little heart was untouched by the ways of this world.
She was held protectively and lovingly in her mommy’s tummy and proudly in her daddy’s heart. Her mommy and daddy adored every kick that Blair gave and every beat of her heart. They were excitedly counting down the weeks and days until they could see and hold their beautiful Blair.
Blair was surrounded by love from her maternal grandparents, Sherri and David Childers of Georgetown and Brian and Misty Casselman of Murrells Inlet. Her paternal grandparents, Christina Douglas of Georgetown & Travis and Amber Douglas of Georgetown.
Blair was blessed to have many aunts and uncles that were ready for many adventures. They include uncles, Bowman Childers, Ethan Douglas, Brayden Taylor (Rylie Sutton), Landon Taylor, Blakely Casselman; and aunts Olivia Childers, Brittany Casselman and Emsley Douglas. Blair also had a first cousin, Rowan Taylor, who was ready for tea parties and sleepovers.
Blair was deeply loved by her maternal great grandparents, Randy and Peggy Childers and Glynda Howard all of Georgetown, Kenny and Debbie Casselman of Andrews, Sherwood and Sherry Pendergraft of Pawleys Island; paternal great grandparents, Linda Dennis of Hemingway, Jimmy and Sue Douglas of Georgetown, and Ricky and Mary Taylor of Andrews.
Blair had many special great aunts, great uncles and cousins that loved her dearly who couldn’t wait to get many kisses and hugs from her.
She was predeceased by her great grandfathers, Elwood Howard, Freddy Dennis and Jack Rosner.
Our angel, Blair, was placed in our arms for a brief period but will always have a place in our hearts and lives.
Blair’s celebration of life will be held at 3 PM Monday, June 22, 2026, at Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church. Graveside services will be private for the immediate family. Kara and Trenton and their families want to thank everyone for their prayers, thoughts, food and donations during this difficult time.
